Position: Business Development Manager (Sales Marketing Department)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business partners, generate new prospects and opportunities.
- Develop and initiate new opportunities with existing partners; execute marketing strategies and business plans.
- Search for potential clients on platforms like Google, India-mart, Trade-India.
- Contact and educate relevant persons about our products; arrange meetings if needed.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and lead times; secure orders.
- Follow up on payments.
- Formulate sales strategies; prepare sales forecasts for sustainable growth.
- Prepare, present, negotiate, and follow up on business proposals.
Requirements:
- Education any Graduate and Post Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the alloy and tool steel industry.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- Market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Effective time management and planning skills.
- Presentable appearance; humble and soft-spoken.
- Preferably conversant in additional languages such as Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam.
Salary package up to 45,000/- (Negotiable as per previous pkg)
Job Location : Faridabad
Work/Duty : Monday to Friday, Timing 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
